truck of hope - 2020

The Truck of Hope traveled 3,131 km from the north to the south of the country over the course of a month, carrying out more than 2,500 Covid-19 tests on people in the interior of the country who find it more difficult to move around.

This action was supported by the Ministry of Health and was led on the ground by the National Association of Public Health Doctors, ensuring coordination with the ARS in each region to identify priority hotspots, official screening procedures and subsequent procedures.

CAMIÃO DA ESPERANÇA - 2020

​O Camião da Esperança percorreu 3,131km desde o Norte ao Sul do país, durante um mês, realizando mais de 2.500 testes à Covid-19, a populações do interior do país, com maior dificuldade de mobilidade.

Uma ação que que teve o apoio do Ministério da Saúde e que foi liderada no terreno pela Associação Nacional dos Médicos de Saúde Pública, garantindo a articulação com as ARS de cada região, para identificar os focos prioritários, os procedimentos oficiais de rastreamento e posteriores procedimentos.
